Clair de lune (“moonlight”) is the third movement of Claude Debussy's Suite bergamasque, L. 75. Debussy began the suite around 1890 and published it in 1905. It is in D♭ major and 9/8 time, marked Andante très expressif, and opens pianissimo with the soft pedal (con sordina).
It is usually considered late-intermediate to advanced. The notes are manageable, but voicing, pedalling and rubato take time, and a settled fingering for the opening thirds helps a lot.
